Walkthrough
- Talk to Dark Lord in Thieves' Hideout to take the quest.
- Hand over 1 Encrypted Document to Slade in The Hermit's Cabin.
- Bring it to Slade in The Hermit's Cabin.
Requirements
- Level 57 or higher to take it
- Kerning City citizenship grade 10
- Finish first: A Missing Comrade
